  • First Trimester

    No matter what point you’re at in your pregnancy: week 7 versus week 30 - the first trimester class videos are essential in your birth prep journey. Dr. Bell teaches you foundational techniques such as:

    -diaphragmatic breathing

    -deep core/transversus abdominis activation

    -pelvic floor lengthening

  • Second trimester

    This collection of class videos builds on techniques to keep you mobile and as comfortable as possible as you’re body changes drastically before the third trimester.

    I made this part of the program after having hazel and reflecting on what was the most beneficial to me in preparing for delivery. (PS it was moving) This program includes a weekly exercise plan, 8 classes to take throughout your third trimester, and educational information so you feel confident and informed going into delivery.
