Welcome to your 3rd trimester of pregnancy! I (Bell) made this part of the program after having Hazel and reflecting on what was the most beneficial for me leading up to her delivery. I concluded that staying active/MOVING was the absolute best thing to prepare. 
This part of the program includes a downloadable guide of which classes to take which days and how to alternate them each week. You'll take week A classes one week and the following week you'll take week B classes. Keep alternating throughout your 3rd trimester. 
You'll also find an instructional video to watch before you begin for important information regarding the classes as well as some other recommendations to keep in mind prior to your delivery. 
More specific and important pelvic floor considerations are in the first and second trimester programs (they would be beneficial at any point of your pregnancy). They contain foundational concepts that are key for delivery and recovery.
